1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
     

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email us at vantage-goods@proton.me with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.
     

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for health, safety, or customization reasons, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.

  • Personal care items, innerwear, or intimate goods (unless arrived damaged/defective).

  • Clearance or final sale items.
     

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at vantage-goods@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Note: Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning items.
     

5. Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status:

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the credit to officially post to your account.
